Could have been disastrous but miracles happen

Caretaker and manager both friendly and communicated well. Took care of us once we arrived there.

Someone missed the fact that we had reservations for 2 apartments. Not 1. Could have been disastrous. No advice given as to how we might avoid this happening again in future. Refund IS coming.
