Our 11-day stay here was an absolute nightmare. Communication with the owner was incredibly difficult; I had to call customer service three times just to get the keys. Inside, the property was filthy. The linens, five pillows, and five provided towels smelled strongly of sweat. I had to wash them at a laundromat myself and eventually bought my own pillows and towels on the sixth day because the owner ignored my messages. The kitchen lacked basic outlets, forcing us to constantly move the microwave and toaster. There were no coffee pods, and one of the two available pans was completely broken. The bathrooms were in terrible shape with no trash bags and broken showerheads. There was no hot water, forcing us to take cold morning showers despite the Mérida heat. Furthermore, the pool was filthy and lacked a filtration system. After days of messages, a crew finally came three days before our departure but only spent five minutes cleaning it.

Hospedaje perfecto para familias en Mérida
Nos hospedamos tres días en esta casa y la experiencia fue excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable: está en un punto estratégico cerca del Parque Santa Lucía, la Plaza Central y el Paseo Montejo. Tener restaurantes, tiendas de artesanías y guayaberas a la mano facilitó mucho nuestra estancia, especialmente viajando con tres personas de la tercera edad y una niña de 4 años. La casa es muy cómoda y funcional: cuenta con 3 habitaciones, cada una con su propio baño, lo cual brinda muchísima privacidad. Todas tienen ventilador y aire acondicionado, algo indispensable en Mérida. Sin duda, la mejor parte es la pequeña piscina en el patio; fue el refugio ideal para refrescarnos después de caminar por la ciudad. Puntos a favor: Privacidad total, climatización perfecta, piscina refrescante y una ubicación de 10 a un precio muy justo. ¡Regresaremos en nuestra próxima visita!

Buena ubicación, casa preciosa y muy cómoda, la alberca era pequeña pero ideal.
La limpieza no fue excelente, pero lo entiendo porque llegué un poco antes a dejar maletas. Aún no me proporcionan datos de facturación.

It was nice and the price was right. Reminded me of my grandma house with updated appliances and AC
Location, place was clean, rustic but welcome with everything we needed.
The shower heads all needed to be replaced. Low flow was due to them leaking as they were missing gaskets.
