    Not good.

    The building itself was nice, the front desk staff were very nice but as our apartment was privately owned so they could not help us directly. We didn't know this when we booked. I would not recommend.

    We had no hot water for 50% of our stay. It pretty much ruined our weekend as we struggled to get ready for the wedding we came up to attend. The key collection and drop off was also annoying. Response rate was also very slow. Considering they charge a premium price I expected much better. We later discovered that if we booked directly with the hotel it would have been much cheaper as well as having access to the front desk to ask questions/get help. Disappointing all round.
