Alles hat funktioniert... Geräumig und groß, auch ruhig...
Aber teilweise alt..Was ich persönlich nicht schlimm finde, aber abgenutzt...Haustüre...Und Heizkörper bräuchten mal einen Refresh Parkplatz Situation ist angespannt, besonders abends ab ca 22.00h..

Sehr empfehlenswert als Übergangswohnung.
Alles vorhanden, von der Mikrowelle bis zur Waschmaschine, Putzsachen, etc. Das Bad hatte eine neue Dusche ( nicht die alte Wanne wie auf den Fotos).
Der Eingangsbereich war nicht so einladend, etwas "verfallen ". Schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten (abends war alles voll).

Super Lage mit guter Bahnanbindung. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht (im Sommer auch zwei Ventilatoren). Tee und Kaffee werden netterweise bereitgestellt. Hübsche Wohnung!
Die Fenster haben nicht ganz geschlossen und es gab keine Möglichkeit zur Abdunklung. Mit Schlafmaske und Ohropax aber ok!

Schöne Wohnung für Kurzaufenthalt.
Sehr schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Tee und Kaffeepads vorhanden sowie zwei Ventilatoren (waren nötig, da es während meines Aufenthaltes sehr heiß war und das Dachgeschoss sich stark aufgeheizt hat). Beide Betten waren netterweise bezogen, so dass ich mir aussuchen konnte, in welchem ich schlafe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Edeka und Bushaltestelle in 3 Minuten fußläufig.
Leider nur an einem Fenster ein Fliegengitter. Im Bad keine Möglichkeit, die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Das erste Treppenhaus vor der Wohnung war ziemlich dreckig und hat sehr unangenehm gerochen (ab der Wohnungstür war der Gestank zum Glück weg).
