Relaxed stay at beautiful beach
We were 3 generations-my mother, me and a 10 yo. The beach and scenary is fantastic, after a trip around the island, we prolonged our stay up to a week as this was definitelly the best location! There are many options for kids-big chess, basketball, volleyball, pingpong table, table games on request. Nice breakfast, very friendly staff. If you do not pay attention to small issues/misunderstandings than this is really nice resort where to have a relaxed gataway. Nice spa, expensive though
There is no shops or restaurants nearby rather than those who are part of this and nearby resorts. Price in restaurants are really high.. my suggestion would be to lower down so for sure would get much more guests who would spend in house! Another suggestion-at the check in inform guests about all possible extras, other wise there are planty of receptionists but no one really tells about all the extras that guests can really have and enjoy for free!

Ottima esperienza, bellissimo resort !
Bell'appartamento di ottimo confort in un resort direttamente sulla spiaggia. Bagno con doccia degna di un hotel cinque stelle ! Terrazzo affacciato sul parco e vista mare. Tranquillità assoluta ! Cucina completa di tutto, frigo, microonde, macchina da caffè ecc. Due climatizzatori autonomi, più due ventilatori a pale grandi a soffitto. Ottima colazione a buffet, in un ambiente molto bello. Transfer in mini-bus da e per il porto dei traghetti per Singapore. Lo staff è composto da personale giovane, di una cordialità eccezionale. Ottima collaborazione su tutto, ad esempio ho avuto necessità di cambiare il giorno di ritorno col traghetto, in reception mi hanno aiutato al 100%, sono andati personalmente al porto dell'isola, hanno cambiato la prenotazione e hanno pagato la differenza per conto mio (non avevo rupie indonesiane in contanti). Faccio anche i miei migliori complimenti ai due giovani laureandi (mi scuso ma non ricordo i loro nomi), grandi appassionati di natura ed ecologia, che mi hanno accompagnato in una bellissima uscita mattutina di bird-watching, con incusa visita ai nidi delle tartarughe marine. Complimenti ragazzi !
