Disappointing Experience at Cassia Bang Tao Unfortunately my experience at Cassia Bang Tao has been disappointing. The biggest issue has been the attitude of the staff. They come across as rude, unwelcoming and robotic rather than genuinely friendly or interested in helping guests. For a hotel in such a beautiful location you would expect a much higher standard of hospitality and customer service. Instead the interactions have felt cold and impersonal, making it difficult to feel comfortable and properly looked after as a guest. Good hospitality is about more than just doing the basics. It’s about making people feel welcome, valued and appreciated. Sadly that has been missing from my experience here. The hotel has potential but the service really lets it down. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the staff’s attitude and overall guest experience.
