Beautiful apartment, accommodating host
Nadia is fantastic, I have never had a more accommodating host! The apartment is comfortable, spotless, and beautiful. The breakfast is wonderful and generally too much for 2 people to eat, but my husband and I felt obligated to eat more than we would normally since Nadia goes out of her way to prepare it fresh every day. Also, my husband has celiac disease, and Nadia acquired gluten free options for him to eat for breakfast as well. There was a day where we had the most difficult time getting a taxi (FYI, taxis are not known to be reliable in Bologna apparently, lesson learned) so without any hesitation, Nadia drove us to the airport in order for us to pick up our rental car. The apartment is also very conveniently located, we could walk basically everywhere within the walled part of the city. If you're renting a car, there is an affordable parking lot within a 10 min walk, €12 per day. Yes, Nadia lives in the space, so she will walk through the living area when coming and going, but she is extremely respectful to the degree that you might forget she lives there. If you're heading to Bologna, this is a great place to stay, I'd definitely recommend it!
My only complaint, and it's a minor one, is that the toilet is ridiculously narrow. I've never seen a toilet like it before.

A relaxing stay in a beautiful place.
The property was so beautiful and Nadia was a lovely host. She prepared breakfast for us each morning and gave us restaurant recommendations.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location is great - a short walk from the city centre but away from the crowds, in a residential area. Plenty of restaurants, shops, bars and gelaterias (!) nearby. The apartment itself is amazing - incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. I very much enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony surrounded by flowers in the evenings. Nadia was the most gracious host, always helpful but in no way intrusive, and I very much enjoyed our morning chats. She prepared the breakfast according to my wishes and I can honestly say I don't think I have ever had a better breakfast in any hotel. Very highly recommended!
