We had a family trip (10 people) to Mallorca in the middle of may 2026. Since we arrived and Carmen did a lovely welcome and introduction for the finca, we enjoyed each day in EsCastellet with the amazing pool and calm envirement. We had an amazing time and want to thank Carmen for the great time and support, if anything was needed. Communication via whats app was smooth and lovely. Great job done from customer perspective. ❤️ KR from Germany
