Nice and renovated apartment, but facilities could be better.
It seemed that the apartment was renovated short time ago. The apartment was very clean, and towels are in a good situation. The bed was comfortable.
First of all, although the location is close to city center, the location of the apartment was not safe. The building of the apartment is located in a very narrow street and in evenings, you may feel like you are unsafe. Also, the heaters in apartments were working very loudly and it was really hard to sleep when they are working and heaters were not enoug yo heat tje apartment. The main electricity is able to work with the key, and since you get the key with you when you leave from the apartment, the electricity is shutted down and you cannot keep the apartment warm. On the last day there was a sewage smell in the apartment. Also the apartment is on third floor and there is no elevator in the building. The property owner and his employee do not speak english, we used google translate when we communicate with them, it was not a big problem but it is worth to know.
