Die Unterkunft ist gross,gepflegt und gut ausgestattet.Nur 15 Minuten Fussweg vom Bahnhof und am Rand der Altstadt.Das ist aber auch der einzige Nachteil:etwas unsaubere Gegend und 4 Stockwerke ohne Aufzug(79 Stufen),dafür aber hell und sehr gepflegt.Kleine Empore mit 4! weiteren Betten.Schlüsselübergabe nach Termin hat gut geklappt.,Checkout unkompliziert.Insgesamt zu empfehlen.
Die Stufen waren schon eine Herausforderung.

Soggiorno a Genova
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in sei persone e ci siamo trovati bene. Gli spazi sono distribuiti benissimo e le dimensioni sono ideali per accoglierci comodamente . La prima cosa che salta all'occhio è la pulizia davvero impeccabile. Un plauso va sicuramente al bagno: spaziosissimo, curato e dotato di ogni comfort, una vera rarità da trovare quando si viaggia in tanti! Casa accogliente, luminosa e tenuta con grande cura. Torneremo sicuramente.
Piccoli dettagli possono rendere ancora più piacevole il tempo da vivere in casa.

Warmly recommend this frienffly, comfortable and well located stay.
This is a clean and cozy flat in the old town. Very accessible from both trains and the harbour.
Long climb to the top floor of an old apartment block with no lift. Not great if you have any mobility issues but keeps you fit :)

Il y avait la Clim partout et elle était silencieuse
L’emplacement est très mauvais , le quartier est blindée de toxicomanes , de rats et d’urines . Pour accéder à l’appartement il faut monter 5 étages sans ascenseur , il faut vider ses poubelles tout les soirs sinon vous vous faites infester de fourmis . La vitre de la salle de bain n’est pas assez opaque et il n’y a pas de volets (la vue est sur les voisins qui sont à même pas 1 mètre)
