False advertisement!
The location is the main attraction with the property. It is just above the water and the beach with exceptional views.
Unfortunately, our stay was marred with electricity problems. Apparently there was not enough power generated to feed the apartment, so when the air conditioners were on, the switch kept flipping and the power would go out and that happened on our arrival and throughout our stay. I was the one through the telephone with the owner working the switches and trying to find out what was wrong when the problem was obvious from the get-go. An electrician was sent only three days later for various reasons. Another salient point is that the third floor bedroom that is advertised as a bedroom where you can sleep was like a furnace because there was no air conditioner there so practically it was not a functional bedroom ,my son had to sleep in the first floor living room area where the AC was not functional because of the power issue. So we spent our time trying to figure out how to balance the power and which air-conditioning to keep on while we were there. finally the layout of the apartment is very impractical. The bathroom is on the living room first floor at the entrance and the second bathroom is on the third floor where it feels like a furnace.

Красиві апартаменти в сицилійському стилі , з безліччю дрібничок , що нагадують про Італію , зроблені як для себе в не просто на здачу . З маленького балкона відкривається чудовий краєвид . До міського пляжу 3 хвилини вниз , але він досить брудний . Знаходяться в історичному центрі міста , тому до всіх основних локацій подати рукою . З питанням парковки допомагає хозяін апартаментів ( в певний час заїзд на ту територію заборонено без спеціального дозволу)
При заселенні виявилось , що апартаменти не були вчасно прибрані , тому довелось чекати клінінгову компанію. Хозяін апартаментів був на звʼязку , за що йому вдячні , і компенсував час. Постіль і рушники чисті , але в цілому прибирання було не дуже якісним ( при заселенні) . І як на мене - занадто багато речей / продуктів , залишених минулими жильцями

Wundervolle Abende am meer
Erste Lage am meer, wunderschöne Sicht und Dachterrasse (überdacht). Die Kommunikation war schnell und hilfreich, mitten in der Stadt, viele Restaurants und Cafés in Laufreichweite
