A stunning location let down by poor management, inadequate facilities, and a disappointing lack of basic hospitality.

The location is absolutely stunning, with enormous potential to offer a truly special experience.

Poor management and cleanliness. During our four-day stay, the apartment was never cleaned, the rubbish was never collected, and the towels were never changed. Check-in was chaotic, with our reservation confused with others despite the receptionist having our IDs. On our last night, we had no electricity, heating, or running water in the toilets until 4 a.m. There was no backup plan or practical assistance from the hosts, only phone calls and apologies. The overall experience fell far below expectations, especially considering the price.

Instalações muito antiga, sem conforto e difícil acessibilidade! Difícil comunicação na recepção pelo WhatsApp!
