Disappointing
Where to begin… on the positive side location is beautiful, our room nice and spacious, and personnel is polite and willing to help. All the rest was a disaster. * AC and hot water in our room were not working properly. * Hotel guests are clearly less of a priority vis-a-vis weddings/events. Outdoor bar was privatized and had to call reception twice and wait 15 minutes to have someone come and take our orders. Drinks were atrocious (no ice, no garnish…) and served in plastic cups. Further, had to take the back door and go through the kitchen/catering area to go to dinner as wedding hosts didn’t want hotel guests cross their venue * Food was disappointing. My fish was dry and hard, dessert avarage at best - a first given we are at the heart of Piemonte Overall a highly disappointing experience, only partly mitigated by the work done by the staff - I will not come back

Honnêtement le bâtiment est magnifique et les chambres spacieuses … mais ça s’arrête là ! Service inexistant - très sale, j’avais rarement vu ça ! Piscine salle de sport et jacuzzi qui parent en lambeau. Malade après le petit dej - et le resto du soir se veut haut de gamme, il n’en a que le prix (plat de pâtes bolo médiocre à 20€)
