Appears pleasant but let down
The initial appearance of the inside of the property was pleasing and spacious and felt it had kept some character of the old property.
The building appeared extremely rundown, the 2 steep flights of stairs felt unstable with dead cockroaches on them and despite asking for the stairs lighting to be fixed, it wasn't and as a woman on my own I felt unsafe and nervous using the stairs at night as they were pitch black with the outside of the building area feeling unsafe and rundown which is a real shame as the inside appears very nice. It felt like there was some damp inside and the memory foam mattresses especially the left one was extremely soft and I sank into a human shaped dip on it - they really do need replacing and I note this is not the first time this has been mentioned. If the outside on the stairs and outside of the property was significantly improved it would make the cost more justified and let's down the renovation done inside.

Beautiful historical place in Corfu
Nice apartment in historical city centre of Corfu. It’s a very old building, like every other building in that area, so, yes, there is no elevator and narrow staircase. Indeed, it’s a bit hard, if you have a heavy suitcase, but nothing impossible. Rather than that - everything was amazing, apartment is clean and looks new, hosts were helpful. Surroundings are beautiful and very atmospheric.

Présence de cafards
La disponibilité et l'amabilité du personnel notamment pour leur grande aide pour avoir porté mon bagage. La réponse rapide aux messages
Le manque de propreté. J'ai signalé que le ménage n'était pas fait sur les lampes de chevet on m'a répondu que ce sera fait mais ça n'a pas été le cas. Ce n'est pas nettoyé correctement et le pire est la présence de cafards : j'ai la photo donc vous comprendrez que je ne peux pas être satisfaite ! Et qu'il m'est impossible de mettre des commentaires positifs. J'ai même racheté un bagage neuf de peur de ramener des œufs de cafards chez moi !!! C'est inadmissible !!!

An ideal apartment
The location is excellent - just outside the old town. So easy to get everywhere.
Nothing I didn't like. I liked it so much i extended my stay for another couple of days.
