This authentic apartment is ideally located in the centre of town near all the major sights and a beautiful park. It is clean, huge (!) and really nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the coffee machine was very welcome. The hosts, Daniella and Ugo went out of their way to look after us and supplied all manner of treats to make us feel special. There is an option to have breakfast items delivered to apartment or to eat at a great cafe in the centre of town. It’s a very unique and old place to stay.
As this is an old property the plumbing leaves something to be desired! The bathroom is impressive but the open shower space floods and needs mopping after use and the dishwasher and washing machine are currently unusable. If you are planning ont to self cater this isn’t the place.

Ugo and Daniela greeted us upon arrival and attended to every need. They are exceptional hosts who made our stay extra special. The suite is spectacular and spacious. Excellent location close to every major attraction and yet very private and quiet. Breakfast at a nearby cafe was a welcome treat. The refrigerator was stocked with a bottle of wine and other beverages plus fresh fruit, yoghurt and jam. It was a privilege and a pleasure staying in this remarkable 16th-century residence.

The suite was absolutely amazing, very comfortable and luxurious. Daniela and Ugo were great hosts, always available and gave us very good restaurant recommendations. Excellent central location for all the main Bologna sites. We will definitely visit again.

Nydelig, romslig leilighet. Godt fungerende aircondition og bra trykk i dusjen. Veldig sentral beliggenhet i rolig område. Hyggelig og veldig servicemindet vertskap!
