  Great location for exploring Madrid

  The location is really good! Right next to the metro and close to the train station and on the good side of the city for the airport. Perfect for exploring the city centre; less than 30 minutes travel. The neighbourhood is lively but felt safe in the evenings. The apartment is spacious and the beds are comfortable (the sofa bed a bit less). The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is clean. We used the roof terrace in the evenings.

  The lockbox for the keys was not functioning well, it was really stuck, we notified the rental agency and hopefully this is fixed soon. The apartment is better suited for two people; if you sleep on the sofa couch it is not very comfortable and you'll hear everything going on in the hallways. Nothing major but some small suggestions for improvements; the kitchen could be more complete with kitchen towels, clean sponges, handsoap and some bowls and for the bathroom extra toilet paper.

  Zdecydowanie najlepsza była lokalizacja. Zależało nam na bliskim metrze oraz szybkim dojściu piechotą na stadion Bernabéu.

  Obiekt był bardzo brudny, mieliśmy wrażenie że nie została przed nami umyta nawet podłoga. Kuchnia słabo wyposażona, brak podstawowych przypraw. Z piekarnika nie dało się skorzystać, był wyczuwalny bardzo mocny środek do czyszczenia. Lodówka była w miarę czysta. Zależało nam na pralce, ze względu że mieliśmy wyjazd tylko z bagażem podręcznym, by przeprać ubrania na dalszą część podróży. Pralka była bardzo zanieczyszczona, po wypraniu ubrania strasznie śmierdziały, nawet po dwukrotnym cyklu. Sofa nadaje się już powoli do wymiany. Niewygodna, po rozłożeniu powstaje dziura pomiędzy dwoma częściami. W łazience brakowało małego kosza na śmieci. Lokalizacja przy dość głośnej ulicy, obok stacja benzynowa, gdzie był ciągły hałas.
