    The appartment is well equipped, is good located has a partial sea view from the balcony We were able to get the keys in the morning, during the property being cleaned. When we arrived to the appartment a “welcome cat” was receiving us

    The balcony was not cleaned, in general the appartment could be cleaned better. We missed a coffee maker and trash bags.

    Excellent, affordable option in central location

    Just on the other side of the road from the malecon (seaside promenade) and very nearby restaurants, supermarkets, etc; in short a very good location. Parking on the street was OK. The unit has two floors with a very nice patio off of the bedroom; this time of year, you can see the sun rise from the sea. Breakfast on the terrace was great and because it faces east, shaded in the afternoons (perfect for us). The downstairs patio is covered from sun and rain. The bedroom and adjacent bathroom were excellent. The downstairs living and kitchen was functional (including smart TV, and toilet), but lacked ambiance. We didn’t use the pool area much, but it was popular with sunbathers. We were happy with our choice.

    Some sort of a coffee maker (eg. “moka”) would be nice.

    Clean comfortable and gorgeous sea views from top balcony

    We have stay at the complex 3 times at no 50,52,54 apartment’s/bungalows lovely place very clean and comfortable perfect location would definitely recommend
