Really lovely house. Exceptionally clean. The position was a few minutes walk to the centre of Warwick, but ideally situated in a very quiet cul de sac.

Great stay in Warwick
Very convenient for Warwick as it was a short walk to the town centre. It was also a quiet location. Attentive hosts.
The toilets need replacing. A towel ring by the radiator in the bathroom to hold the hand towel would be a good idea.

Our Warwick weekend
The instructions and information on the house were excellent. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It's a lovely house.
Unfortunately two of the beds upstairs the single bed and the double bed in the back bedroom, were very uncomfortable and squeeked very loudly. This meant a very disturbed nights sleep. If the beds were updated I would give this house 5 stars.
