    The location of Western Cottage was excellent,. With only an 8 minute walk to the centre of Windsor. The information received by the owner prior to check in and during our stay was comprehensive and very useful to ensure a smooth check in and check out. We particularly liked the video link and destination brochure.

    Great location but lack of hot water and other facility issues spoiled the stay

    Excellent location Play park nearby for children and short walk into main area

    We did not have hot water on day 2 and 3 We reported this on day 2 and they came out to fix it Sadly did not work next day and again sent someone to fix it The extractor fan in the kitchen did not work Cooking bacon and eggs set off the fire alarms Awful experience with preschool children Reported this when they came out for first hot water issue but not fixed Despite opening windows and doors happened again therefore could not cook and had to eat out Wifi was terrible and as international travellers good wifi is important
