    Very nice location with lots of windows and beautiful view. Perfect location for us - between Bandon and Kinsale.

    There was a rug outside under the patio table and it was consistently wet. I was probably not an outside rug - and even with a few days of nice weather and sun - it never dried out. There are better outdoor rugs or coverings out there.

    Very isolated, in need of TLC

    Beautiful views

    Old and tired and in much need of renovation. Heating and plumbing very hit and miss. Manager did sort heating when we raised the problems.

    Great location, quiet resort, perfect for families

    The houses were spacious and had great views. Perfect location to Kinsale. Quiet property

    It was quite dusty, with cobwebs in corners and uneven quantities of crockery and glassware.

    Great location, beautiful views. Worth a visit.

    Small roads to get there. Right next to a cow farm. Sometimes you get a whiff of that fresh cow manure smell on farms. Gives you that rural feel. Beautiful views of the river. Big bedrooms. Combined living-dining room right next to the enclosed kitchen. There was a storeroom with a high chair and a fold-up bed we could use for the toddler. Unit 14 is close to the children's play area.

    En suite bathroom upstairs: the showerhead kept sliding down, so an adult couldn't shower without holding it up. The patio out front has some rotten areas that are unsafe to walk on. The patio set was rusty and had some broken armrests, so we decided not to try it out.
