Great location
Great and very convenient location. About 15 minutes walk from Waverley Station and easy walking distance to all of central Edinburgh. Only downside was that it was rather noisy at night but that is what one would expect from a central city location with lots of cafes/restaurants/bars within easy reach. Would definitely use again.

Fab location, but be ready to climb those stairs!
Castle View apartments are located in a great place, just of George's St. and minutes walking distance from Prince's St. It has everything & more for a short stay. The downside is the apartment is on the top floor of the building, and there is no elevator. Morgan, at the office, was incredibly helpful and professional. I'd come here again on the back of her engagement alone. The one negative was check out. The cleaning crew arrived bang on 10am, looked at their watch and asked, pointedly, what time our check out was at. We were ready to go, but found their approach heavy handed, disappointing on what was otherwise a really positive experience. We did tell them that their manner was a little off, and they took it on the chin.... but we shouldn't have had to.

Great location! Easy walk to castle. The tram stop was close as well.
