    Owner insulted and chased my daughter and I away even before we checked in

    Nothing

    We were chased away so rudely by the owner. We had driven 6 hours to Bloem, my daughter and I, when we arrived she told us she wouldn't allow us in because we booked late. Yet our booking was confirmed @17:28. We got there @18:23. Parked by the gate for 20mins, we were denied access, we called multiple times ,she was denying our booking and when she finally let us in. We were shouted at and told to leave. We hadn't even greeted yet when she spewed uncomfortable language. I guess our very presence pissed her off because we left confused as to what we did wrong by booking an available establishment on the booking.com app. We took a video by the way. To be submitted

    Comfortable, we had a good night rest, enjoyed the quiet location

    Like the view. Fantastic smokers corner Beautiful garden.

    One small mistake on 80% of places where we overnight, please mark the taps, hot and cold taps.
