Thoroughly enjoyed our Stay
We just loved the staff in the lobby, restaurant, bar and leisure center. Good selection of cuisine and drinks. Great breakfast. Spacious and comfortable the lobby was a lovely hub, good coffee dock. Had everything we needed.
Internet wifi was not working properly, Reception was a chore not an experience.

Very enjoyable stay , first time with our baby , memories to last a lifetime
Very accommodating for young child & enjoyed food and pool
Pool probably could’ve been a little warmer for baby

Excellent four-day stay stay with an unpleasant last 30 minutes
There is a wonderful atmosphere in the main hall, where folks have coffee and pastry and just sit to to talk. Wonderful place to sit and talk. Most of the employees were awesomely kind (with one exception mentioned elsewhere) Very comfortable bedroom; nice coffee bar and very nice middle-brow restaurant (never looked inside their luxury dining)
Checkout was very unpleasant: I showed up a little after 12 noon, checkout time, believing someone else my room had gotten a half-hour's extension (she had done so with the cleaning crew, but not with the front desk). When my card no longer worked to get into the room, I asked for another card. She replied yes, but I would be billed for another night, and that there was nothing that could be done in consideration of the needs of the cleanup crew. Apparently, she changed her mind, because after I rushed upstairs, removed my luggage and went back to the checkout desk, another employee behind the checkout desk said that there was no additional charge. I would be grateful not to be penalized for late return had the first employee not talked in such a mean-spirited manner. Also, the corner shower in our bedroom was rather narrow, and adjusting the temperature was a tricky proposition. We decided to use the very luxurious bathtub, with its hand-held faucet. That worked well, but an amply sized regular shower would have been even better.

Great hotel with very comfy beds, excellent breakfast, lots to see and spa facilities to wind down
The breakfast was excellent with great choice and quality. The room was very spacious and very quiet. The location, not far from the river Liffey, is really nice. Even though this is technically North Dublin, and me being from the South, it is a part of Dublin that I really like having cycled the roads around the strawberry Beds in the 80's when living in Dublin. I will be back, with a bicycle this time. Having a golf course next door is a real luxury.
Not having sufficient time to enjoy the sauna and spa facilities. I believe that there were carpets in the rooms. Honestly my opinion is that while carpets may feel warm under foot they do not belong in a modern hotel.
