A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorized on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodations in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival. The lead guest must be over the age of 25. There will be an additional charge for Electricity/ Heating. This will be yard read and charged on site. Please note there is no access to the hotel’s leisure center or swimming pool, but guests can enjoy the golf and Hotel spa facilities at an extra charge.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Spacious, lovely gardens and grounds

    Poor lighting in rooms, easily fixed.

    Excellent, large, modern house set in beautiful wooded grounds with many amenities close by.

    Large, clean, well presented house. All the necessary bits and pieces were provided such as sugar, cooking oil, cleaning clothes etc. excellent wifi included. The beds are very comfortable. The grounds are lovely and there is plenty of walks close by. Obviously it is ideal for golfers. Great outdoor space for children to run around and play as the communal gardens are huge. Some good restaurants and takeaways close by. Plenty of bathrooms. Ideal for families of groups.

    The smoke alarms were very sensitive and piercingly loud. They went off about 4 times every day. When the grill was turned on, when the grill door was opened, when the frying pan heating up. You need to be ready to turn them off by pressing the button. This would not put me off but it was rather irritating. This house has communal outside areas, this has advantages as the space is huge, but if privacy is very important to you it may be a problem.

    House was so modern, had a down stairs bedroom and bathroom which is ideal for disabilities. Garden area spacious and house very well kept

    I was very happy amd will 100% return. Just note you must strip all beds and bring rubbish out before leaving

    Prachtig gelegen en ruim huis.

    Groot huis met drie grote slaapkamers in een prachtige omgeving.

    Het huis was verouderd en heeft een opknapbeurt nodig. Ook veel langpootmuggen in de hoeken van de kamers

    We loved the property and how quiet the area was for our family.

    The entry bathroom door would not stay closed.
