Not a Welcoming Place
Location was great and the bed was comfortable, but that was it.
There was nothing else to like about the place. It didn't feel welcoming and had no charm. When I stayed at an individual room hostel in Leon, I said in my review that the receptionist was almost never there. The owner's reply was that I should stay in a hotel if I wanted reception. Well, Casual Fuentes calls themself a hotel. There was no reception or lobby. Before you get into your room you have to punch in your code three times. There's nothing but a hallway with a lot of rooms. It's almost like a college dorm. The furniture all looks like it's from Ikea. There was no shampoo. There was no shelf in the shower to put my own, I stayed four nights, and after I used the two packages of coffee, they didn't replace them. These people aren't in the hospitality business. It seemed like they wanted my money, but wanted to give very little else in return. I also think about the jobs places like this aren't supplying by limiting their staff. I'm now in a very lovely two star hotel in Pamplona where I feel much more welcome.

Hele mooie ruimte op een goede locatie. Vriendelijk personeel. Prijs kwaliteit erg goed
Locatie m, mooie kamer. Fijn personeel
Airco maakte veel lawaai. Kamer aan straatkant waardoor uitgaande jongeren ons wakker hielden. Oordopjes mee.

Comodidad y seguridad en excelente ubicación
Es un alojamiento moderno, limpio, cómodo y silencioso pese a estar en plena zona vieja. Tiene una ubicación inmejorable, buen aislamiento y buenas instalaciones (baños nuevos, zona de café compartida, heladera, microondas). Tienes la disposición de la gente del hotel por WhatsApp de manera muy rápida. Pensé que sería más difícil el hecho de no tener recepción pero todo funciona muy bien.
