La signora non aveva più a disposizione la casa che avevo prenotato e ci ha dato un'altra soluzione
Della casa tutto perfetto Siamo arrivati in un momento di mal tempo terribile C'è stato temporale forte con vento e nel giardino condominiale e caduto un albero e due delle nostre 4 moto sono cadute e stata una bella nottata

A good option for a budget-friendly stay.
Great location, separate entrance, and convenient parking. The place was cozy, and the host was kind and responsive, answering all my questions. Good value for the price. I wasn't expecting anything luxurious, and it met my expectations. Overall, it was a ok.
We were assigned a different apartment at another address (Stirnu 13A, Riga), but it was closer to our target place (Daugavas stadium) We would like the contactless check-in more. We missed some basic extras, such as additional toilet paper, shower gel, and a sharp kitchen knife. There was also no cooking facility, although we didn't need one during this stay.

Naujas, ypatingai švarus butas, visi patogumai: skalbyklė, džiovyklė, indaplovė.
Tik užsisakius, buvome informuoti, kad į butą nepateksime, pasiūlė kitą-naujai suremontuotą. Sutikusi šeimininkė ar tvarkytoja pasirodė nelabai maloni. Atvykus iškart apėmė nemalonus jausmas... daug ko trūksta komfortiškai viešnagei, pvz.: tik trys arbatiniai mini šaukšteliai... galima gamintis maistą, bet realiai nėra kur (keptuvės nėra, du didžiuliai puodai). Nuomavomės dviem parom 4 žmonės, o palikta vienas ruloniukas tualetinio popieriaus, nė vienos kaspulės indaplovei.. Žinoma, viską nusipirkome-nesunku,tačiau tai elementarus svetingumas. Butas geras, bet ar grįžtumėme antrą kartą?- Turbūt ne!

Great place but expect to get the mezzanine floor apartment at the 11th hour
Everything
My apartment was abruptly changed were one of the 2 familes had to sleep in a mezzanine floor bed, with no privacy. It was a sudden last moment change.
