Quiet and well located large unit
Great location. Helpful owner. No street noise even it is right on a busy street. Excellent supermarket right across the street.
Mosquitoes were quite numerous. Don't know if this is normal for Barcelona for this time of year, but it was an issue for us.

De locatie van de accommodatie is echt goed.
Slecht 1 handdoek per persoon voor 4 dagen, geen deken in de tweede slaapkamer, geen airco in de tweede slaapkamer. Oude en gevaarlijke badkamer, na het douchen is er geen badmat en is het spekglad, ben zelf bijna 2 keer uitgegleden Van de handdoeken en dekens hadden we gemeld bij de host, maar geen reactie op gekregen tot de dag van uitchecken

Kühle Oase der Ruhe inmitten von Barcelona
Unterkunft: Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr gute Klimaanlage, sehr ruhig, sehr guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Lage: Sehr zentrale Lage, auf der anderen Straßenseite ein großer Supermarkt, öffentliche Tiefgarage & Metro-Station in 300m Entfernung
Die Wohnung war für uns fast perfekt. Ausschließlich bei der Sauberkeit sollte sich mehr bemüht werden … mehrere tote Mücken im Bad hätte man leicht entfernen können; Der Kühlschrank von innen war sauber, die obere Ablagefläche (außen) war sehr staubig. Silikon & Fugen im Bad sollten dringend mal erneuert werden. Alle genannten Punkte lassen sich mit wenig Aufwand beheben.
