We had a lovely three week stay. Thank you.
Very comfortable and welcoming condo. Great location. Well stocked throughout the condo for long term visits. Great communication with owners.
The pool and common areas need a redo. Chairs and lounges are broken, and too few for the number of “residents “.

A lovely 3 week stay in the Catalina Foothills in North Tucson!
The location was perfect! A short walk to the shopping centre and restaurants. The owners were very responsive to any questions you might have. The condo was a large one bedroom with all the amenities. It was spotless when we arrived. Bottled water was provided as well. We stayed November 1-22 for 3 weeks. We took daily walks in the local neighbourhood and enjoyed the sunsets and views of Tucson. All in all it was a great stay and would highly recommend this accommodation.

We enjoyed our 2nd visit and hope to stay there again.
It's in a good location for us, as we look to purchase a home in the Catalina Foothills/Oro Valley area. Lots of local shopping and restuarants in the vicinity. This was our 2nd stay, and cooked most nights.
Nothing to "not like" about our stay, except it was too short.

Would have been perfect for all of the issues mentioned which completely overshadowed the good parts of our stay.
Everything at face value was perfect. It was great until we needed the owners to attend to an issue.
The Wi-Fi went out on our 3rd day and then the water went out for the entire day. It was triple digits outside and we had to leave the premise because there was no running water. Called the owners and at first they were trying to say that it wasn’t their fault. I asked them how they were going to compensate us for this. And they said, “Well you’re only lying $79’ night.” Talk about pouring salt an open wound. After much push for a resolution I asked if they could comp us an extra day. After much back and forth they finally begrudgingly said ok. Another, probably not as major issue is that this place has 2 cameras, one at the front door and the other in the private patio area. The issue is that it’s not disclosed in the description or listing. I found it a message in the app which I don’t personally think it is right or transparent.
