A vista da suite
Do atendimento. Deixamos o quarto de manhã e não houve limpeza ligamos as 12 horas e fomos informados que limpeza só até às 11 horas por muito deixaram novas toalhas. Disseram que estava tudo escrito no shall que mandaram. Um hotel que se acha de categoria superior e cobre 25000 reais por uma suite e Amanda regras e regras para os hóspedes não pode ser um hotel com esta categoria. Além do que está acima do eco resorts Itamambuca que eh muito suspeito .fui atrás do booking e me decepcionei

I am disappointed with the cleaning services and this made my stay unpleasent.
The sea view was beautiful and the shuttle services from/to the beach was convininent.
- I didn't know I needed to put the sign on the door to have my room cleaned. No one told me; I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and never had to request housekeeping. Daily room cleaning should be standard procedure. It’s a shame; I was very upset to arrive at my room after a long day and find it hadn't been cleaned. The worse part is when I went to reception to ask them to clean my room, they refused. I have been told that they only accept to clean the rooms until 15h00!! The rates at this hotel are very high, so I expected, at the very least, for my room to be clean. What a disappointment! - I went to eat in the restaurant of the hotel and I didn't want that the bill will come to my room, I wanted to pay directly on the spot. After I payed the waiter was forcing me to sign the bill, and I did not sign it. I guess the stuff are very untrained, and after that incident I didn't eat anymore at the hotel. I went to eat out. Ubatuba have plenty of good restaurent and what a Shame not to have a good food and service in such a hotel. - There is nothing near the hotel, no supermarket/pharmacy/restaurants to go on foot. If you don't have a car, it will not be easy to move around.
