    The staff were very nice, great location but room 3 needs upgrading.

    The staff were very nice. Great location on a fairly quiet street with easy access to the beach and nearby surf club (restuarant). Our room was on the second floor and faced the street and we didn't notice much traffic noise.

    The room was dated and in need of a renovation. The air con ducting was very rough and exposed pipe work in parts on the ceiling. Hot water stystem was in the bedroom wardrobe dripped water all night. Curtains didn't keep the street lights out. The bathroom was very old and not clean. The toilet need replacing, very unsightly. The shower was full of mould as well as mould around the basin and taps. We advised the staff that the bathroom needed cleaning (they were very apologetic) but as the hotel was fully booked we were unable to move rooms. The cleaning staff did not come to rectify the matter before we left. We booked for 3 nights but opted to go home after dinner on the second night for 2 reasons: 1 - to avoid Monday traffic and 2 - because the room was very ordinary

    Lovely resort in a quiet area of Maroochydore.

    The property was easily accessable and the underground parking was great. All of the staff were helpful and allowed us to be comfortable in with our stay. The resort is located really close to the nearest beach and surf club, with shops also down the road. The facilities are maintained to an exceptional standard.

    Unfortunately, unlike previous times visiting here; we did not get a room with an ocean view. It seems like all of the one bedroom appartments are located on lowers floors. The bed was also quite hard. One of the fans was missing a remote on arrival, and the airconditioner didn't seem to work very well.

    Fantastic location, facilities and very clean apartment, Tower 1 is definitely was great.

    Very clean and well-presented apartment and accommodation had great facilities for families to use. The location is very close to restaurants and the beach; would definitely recommend.
