    Great apartment, will stay here again

    What a perfect place to spend a weekend in Bratislava! Had a very modern, clean feel to the design and comfortable mattresses. My son and I booked the apartment, which has a very nice enclosed roof terrace and an outer open roof terrace with views across centrum toward Comebus University. We really enjoyed coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening on the terrace. What caught our attention initially was that there were two bedrooms so that we could each have private space- I could also see it as ideal for two couples traveling together. Very convenient (you can see the National Theater from the terrace) location with multiple grocers, easy walks to landmarks, and great bars.

    There are a lot of light switches, and there are two codes to get in, but we had to think really hard to come up with something we didn't like.

    The room was in a decent location and was relatively clean and fine overall. However, the room we received did not match the photos at all. We were given a very small room.

    Of course, we complained that the room was too small and explained through the chat that it was not what we had agreed on. She allowed us to move to the room next door, which was bigger and definitely better. However, what happened the next morning was by far the worst part of our stay. While my girlfriend and I were sleeping, two people we did not know entered our room. It was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing, and I honestly don’t understand how something like this could even happen. One person entering by mistake would already be bad enough, but having a second person enter made the situation even more concerning. After that, we no longer felt safe leaving our belongings in the room while going out to explore the city. It really affected our sense of security and put a damper on our vacation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place at all.
