Location, rooftop pool
No bar or could get a drink any where. Rooftop bar was closed for another event so hotel residents couldn’t enjoy. Pool no drinks or food served . Service was slow as understaffed. Staff were lovely bar one who was extremely rude however another staff remember noticed and then helped us out.

Underground access to city centre
Great location and well appointed. Fabulous rooftop bar with sweeping views
Had two stays and the rooms vary markedly. One was quite ordinary, so you need some luck
