Molto lontano dalla metro, ma a fianco di un grande centro commerciale dove ci sono tantissimi ristoranti e negozi e il Carrefour
Il bagno da ristrutturare, la vasca ha un para acqua che non serve a niente il bagno si allaga. non mettono gli asciugamani per il bidet, non mettono set di cortesia tutti i giorni ma solo un pacchetto di fazzoletti e una cuffia doccia che non hanno ripristinato. Il bagno/doccia , lo shampoo e il sapone invece erano disponibili nei dispenser. Avrei gradito set cortesia per scarpe, manicure, cotto fioc, crema viso e crema corpo.

Esperienza deludente e molto negativa, assente la figura di riferimento per risoluzione problemi.
La colazione.
Un soggiorno profondamente deludente: nonostante il personale mi avesse espressamente assicurato, prima di pagare, che l’aria condizionata fosse disponibile, il raffrescamento era disattivato e la temperatura in camera ha raggiunto i 24,5 °C, con circa 25 °C all’esterno. Il traffico incessante dovuto alla vicinanza di un enorme centro commerciale rendeva impossibile tenere aperta la finestra, mentre lo scarso isolamento acustico, i continui rumori dal corridoio e la porta di emergenza che sbatteva ripetutamente hanno impedito a tutti e tre di dormire adeguatamente. Prima della partenza non era disponibile alcun responsabile per affrontare il reclamo: un’esperienza inaccettabile per una struttura pubblicizzata come quattro stelle.
