  Nicolas was very kind and gave us all the information we needed. The location also perfect, very close to the center could find everything near!

  Value for money is ok. Host doesn't speak English.

  We stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment. It has an iron for ironing clothes! The host is replying fast enough. Location is good and quiet (when you close the windows). Windows closed makes the room completely pitch black which is great as well. All the sinks (including kitchen), toilets and showers worked perfectly, enough hot water from 1 boiler to shower for 2 people. Beds are comfortable because of quite firm mattresses for me. It's good that the price is quite low, so I guess the value for money is ok.

  We stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment. There is a kitchen but it only has a microwave and there're very few cutlery items (like..1 small spoon, 1 large knife, 2 forks, 0 plates, 0 pots/pans but there's no stove or oven, so you won't use any pots/pans anyway). The host was writing only in Italian and only in Whatsapp which translates to English very badly, even though I asked to communicate in Booking at least, so you have to use google translate. There're very small ants running all over the bathroom floor. In one room my friend found a cockroach as well. Even though beds are very comfy, there're only thin bed sheets to cover oneself but our host brought some duvets when we asked, just there're no slipcovers for duvets, so you just use bed sheet and put the duvet on top of it. And I very much suggest cleaning the dust in all the rooms from all the items used less frequently and from the lamps by the beds also. It's noisy outside from all the air conditioners outside or some other technical things (but windows closed does indeed shut the noise). The host keeps some of their things in the kitchen in the wardrobe so she might ask if she can come in to take or leave something there which maybe might disturb other people, for us it was ok.
