  Casa imprópria para ferias. - Indicava que tinha máquina de lavar louça e não corresponde à verdade. Não tinha - faltavam tachos panos e utensilios na cozinha - Falta de isolamento nos quartos - Entrada de luz nos quartos - um corrimão completamente solto sem qualquer tipo de segurança - Tv sem funcionar - Varanda completamente suja - Roupa de cama com manchas amarelas Informamos os proprietários e indicaram que no dia seguinte iriam resolver. Saímos todo o dia e quando chegamos à noite apenas tinham colocado 2 tachos e 2 facas, deixaram um blackout dobrado para sermos nós a colocar numa das janelas e arranjaram o corrimão . Voltamos a contactar ... Não só não resolveram tudo durante o dia como foram la às 20h quando estavamos a tomar banho e a fazer o jantar ,para colocar o blackout e levar uns panos de cozinha. Informei que não era a hora correta e no dia seguinte voltaram de manha apenas para tentar arranjar a TV.. Não arranjaram. Voltei a contactar e informaram que iriam no dia seguinte para tentar resolver. Informei que devido ao valor que pagamos ( não foi nada barato) era completamente inconcebível nós estarmos de férias, numa casa sem condições para dormir, e ainda termos de estar constantemente a eatar privados de estar em casa por esta grande falha e falta de profissionalismo. Também informei que deveria ser ressarcido de parte do valor. Até á nossa saída nada mais nos disseram.

  Lovely area and location but cleanliness let it down!

  The location is fantastic, where you can see the view of the marina and of the Main Street. It is situated across from the Tivoli Marina hotel and by all of the lovely and lively shops and bars. The main room where the tv and kitchen is has a lot of space. The shower power was great.

  It was not up to standards in regards to the cleanliness. The inside was not unclean though other than the bathroom tiles, when you really examined the bathroom. However, the outside area was filthy and unusable. There is an issue with birds but you could see that their droppings were not new and it was dirty. The table outside was dirty, floor, walls, pipes, it really was disgusting and if you are booking out the apartment advertised with an outside area it should be cleaned. We couldn’t enjoy the view and my daughter flatly refused to go out there. Also the iron did not work and I washed my clothes in the washing machine and it leaked all over the kitchen floor and my clothes smelt old so I had to trash them by hand. Not ideal on vacation!

  Fabulous stay in a beautiful apartment

  The apartment was immaculately clean. We had a fab stay. The beds were comfortable. Lovely bedding. Everything was high spec.

  The main bedroom has no mirror in it. So my sisters had to keep using the one in my bedroom. Also the apartment would benefit from having a mop as when you have a shower the water went everywhere in the bathroom. Especially in the en suite one. So much so that you then couldn’t use that bathroom. We had to use the towels to mop It up. And then put them on the balcony over the chairs. But due to the time of the year they didn’t dry very well. The apartment could benefit from a few extra wineglasses as the there was only 2.
