    Great neighborhood of Chamberí, but 14 DAYS WITH NO HOT WATER was stressful and unacceptable

    The Chamberí neighborhood is great and the apartment was conveniently located near two Metro lines.

    I arrived early in the day for my month-long stay. Caterina said I could leave luggage at a local luggage storage place but it was closed on Sunday. Caterina chat support told me I could look on the internet for another luggage storage--terrible customer support--and then they told me to just stop asking about early access. For a month-long stay, I thought Caterina could have been more accommodating. Then after two days the hot water stopped and I had NO HOT WATER FOR 14 DAYS. I was forced to boil water in the kitchen and carry it to the bathroom to wash. This was extremely stressful and inconvenient and also somewhat dangerous. I contacted the email support every day for 14 days asking what exactly was the problem and why was it taking so long to fix it. The Chat Support told me they could not help me and the Emergency Contact support told me that 'no hot water' was not an emergency. I asked if it could not be fixed could I be moved to another apartment but no on answered that. I also asked if I would get any kind of a refund because I did not have hot water for 14 days. Caterina never replied to that either.
