    Mala experiencia, a través de Booking me han devuelto la fianza

    La situación y la decoración del alojamiento

    Atención al cliente nefasta, he llamado en muchas ocasiones para que devuelvan la fianza (2000€) y no me cogían el teléfono o me daban direcciones de email para que la reclamara y sin obtener respuesta. Después de reclamar durante 2 meses, ha tenido que ser a través de Booking quien me han devuelto hoy la fianza después de enviar los comprobantes de pago. No recomiendo alojarse por la mala gestión que realizan.

    Un séjour agréable mais décevant sur le point de la communication

    L’établissement était très bien situé dans le quartier latino. Proche des commerces et de la station de métro TETUÁN.

    La gestion de notre demande de prolongation de séjour a été particulièrement décevante. Après nous avoir confirmé que nous pouvions rester une semaine supplémentaire, nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse officielle par la suite. Cette absence totale de communication nous a contraints à trouver, dans l’urgence, un autre hébergement dans un établissement différent.
