Rinnoverei il piano cottura e le stoviglie. Ma era tutto ordinato e pulito.

Good apartment to explore Rome
The location of the apartment was great. Quiet neighborhood near the park and 15 minutes walk from the center. Within 50 meters there are 4 restaurants, a shop and a cafe. There are 3 bedrooms + living room and separate kitchen. It is spacious.The person from the company who greeted us was nice.
We didn't like 3 things and it's worth noting. The apartment needs some updating - the walls have black marks, the furniture is worn out, and the windows don't close properly. It was cleaned well by the previous tenants, including mold in the bathroom. And lastly, but because of the persistent messages I'll share it - they wanted to charge us 20 euros because we arrived at 9:00 PM and that's how we booked it. It seemed a bit "petty" to me, paying just over 1,000 euros for 4 nights.

Perfect for Horror Movie Lovers
The location is pretty good, close to Spanish Stairs and public transports
The apartment needs to be freshened up, everything was old, beaten up. The kitchen drawers were falling off, all the furnitures and appliances were old and dull. The ambience was a bit eery, so it would be a perfect place to stay if you love horror movies and wants to experience to be in one.
