    A HEALTH HAZARD! Bad property management.

    We are extremely upset that we found cockroaches the first night we were there. We asked immediately to be moved. The property manager would not help move us but instead wanted to send in a fumigator, which whom they had a contract, and we refused - we were in a foreign country and did not know what chemicals would be used nor how they might affect our health and belongings. So we were forced to stay another night and did not sleep at all. We found them again, running all over the apartment during the second night. The property manager admitted there had been a sporting event the weekend before our arrival and the city was quite dirty. We asked for some financial compensation and on a $1400 bill (for two nights stay) we were offered $90! The property manager kept arguing with us and said it was our fault because we refused the fumigation. We did not accept the $90 and decided to take it up with booking.com and our credit card. Sadly, no one helped us nor compensated us and it is a total travesty - completely unfair to guests and this listing should be punished for how they handled us. And if they have a contract with a fumigation company, they obviously have had cockroach problems. They should know better how to treat guests and should have given us a better financial compensation for our trouble and discomfort that ruined a beautiful 2 day stay in Seville.
