Excellent accommodation, would recommend!
The accommodation was amazing, great location and really clean. The Accommodation was laid out really great and for a base to explore Lincoln it was ideally located. Yes the stairs where steep but if you're not planning on running down then you'll be fine. Yes the parking was tight but if you reverse down it you could easily fit and if not there is a carpark 1 minute walk from the accommodation. Like the rest of the reviews said the little bit of milk and the plum loaf was a great touch. There is a little information pack with recommendations of things to do and pub/ restaurants which we did use. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
We asked to put the bins out. Which I have no problem doing as bin days are different for each city and I've done it previously at different accommodations. However I did not know which bin to leave out or which bin corresponded to recycling, landfill etc. as where I live we have different bins. A little note may help the next guest. But other than that! I would highly recommend this accommodation!

Lovely house and base for Lincoln
Very nicely decorated,clean ,good base to go cathedral and castle and other areas .Good to have drive to leave car and walk to places .
Steep stairs ,bathroom needs a little tlc ,think would be better with just shower cubicle ,but that’s just my opinion x

Super house in a great, quiet, location, short walk to cathedral area.
Comfortable and exceptionally clean house, with all amenities, in a superb quiet location a short walk to the cathedral, castle, Bailgate and Steep Hill.
Narrow drive for parking, needs care if you have a large car.

Fantastic property
The house was immaculate. Small details such as coat hangers were a great touch. The bed was extremely comfortable. I'd thoroughly recommend this house.
I struggled with the stairs, they are very steep.
