It was really quiet and the staff are v.friendly

Horrible place, horrible host in the amazing city…beware!
The location of the property was good, easy to move around for sightseeing on foot. The property was clean.
Where do we start?! The staff/host was extremely impolite and had arrogant tone, both while talking over the phone and on WhatsApp messages. As we didn’t have hot water for more than 10 min in the morning time, we called them and the answer we initially got was “you and your family should take quick showers”. The person started arguing with us in a louder voice, so, we contacted Booking.com for help. Booking.com contacted them immediately and provided support, and the tone was better for some time. They claimed that the issue was fixed but it was not because the next morning we still didn’t have hot water. They are using some old heating system which works maximum 10 min (attaching some pics). So, watch out if you are travelling especially during colder months. Also, the stairs leading to main bed in the attic are not comfortable, a bit scary during the night, so we ended up sleeping on the sofa bed. A 4.5 ft tall person cannot even stand properly in there due to low ceiling. In a nutshell, a horrible experience in a such a wonderful city.
