Cauayan Island Resort is not liable for any unforeseen changes in airline flight schedules that may lead to missing the final boat schedule. Additionally, in the event of adverse weather conditions resulting in the suspension of boat transfers, any unused reservations/nights will be forfeited. Nevertheless, our team will be on hand to help you organize your accommodation in El Nido town, sea travel beyond 17:00 is not allowed in compliance with the Philippine Coast Guard regulations. Please be informed that a Mandatory Gala Dinner will apply on December 24, 2026 (Christmas Eve) and December 31, 2026 (New Year’s Eve). Rates are as follows: Adult: PHP 17,500.00 net per person Child (6–11 years old): PHP 10,500.00 net per child These charges are mandatory for all in-house guests staying on the above dates and will be collected directly at the resort upon check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Belle île mais nous ne reviendrons pas
Le staff est au top Nous avons fait une excursion qui était top merci à Jeremy 1 et 2 L île en elle même est top
Nous avions réservé une villa sur la plage en pensant pouvoir nous baigner directement devant la chambre, mais la plage devant les villas est inutilisable. Nous étions dans la villa 8 : la salle de bain est totalement ouverte face au lit, sans porte ni possibilité de fermer, donc dès le lever du soleil la lumière arrive directement sur le lit. Nous avons dû dormir avec nos masques de voyage pendant tout le séjour. Nous avions vue sur les poubelles depuis la villa. Les repas sont très chers pour la qualité : environ 100 CHF pour deux sans alcool ni dessert. Les activités sont également très coûteuses et quitter l’île revient à environ 210 CHF pour deux personnes Le petit-déjeuner est annoncé jusqu’à 10h/10h30, mais les plats chauds doivent être commandés avant 9h30. Un matin à 9h45, on m’a même dit qu’il n’y avait plus de granola alors que nous étions seulement quelques clients, avant qu’un autre serveur en trouve finalement par magie À ce niveau de prix, nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux Dommage

Absolutely wonderful
Absolutely fantastic laid back, engulfed in nature resort. The best service we have ever received in all our travels, and we have traveled around the globe quite a bit. The entire team, from the minute we arrived, exhorted an immense amount of hospitality, kindness and professionalism. All was done and beyond to make our stay fabulous. The food was delicious with many many options. The drinks fantastic. The villas were serviced twice a day impeccably. The island hopping excursion was a great beautiful experience. The natural setting is unbeatable. Nature at it’s very best. But above it all - the service and hospitality. Attending to all our needs, accommodating all our requests. All with genuine kindness. We shall definitely recommend this paradise to our friends and family. Thank you very much, all the team, from the bottom of our hearts.
