Luxury doesn’t shine when its not clean
The location
On arrival, there was no instructions for the appliances. The shower was cold until we contacted the housekeeper and was told how to set the hot water which was inconvenient as the hot water ran out when we all needed showers. The showerhead was very dirty and had to be cleaned before we could use it. Extra towels would’ve been nice as there was nowhere to dry them off. Also nowhere to put anything in the shower whilst you’re in there, shampoo soaps have to go on the floor while you’re showering. Everywhere was extremely dusty and obviously has not been cleaned for a long time dust under beds thick dust sitting on top of doors and light fittings, cobwebs in the corner of ceilings. The microwave had not been cleaned and had burnt food stuck to it. There is only minimal utilities in the kitchen and hardly enough to cook a meal. The outside balcony was in a mess with green algae growing on the flags and Mat. The blind in the bedroom has no cord on it and cannot be rolled up. We didn’t sleep very well pillows were flat not supportive certainly not luxury. overall, quite disappointed with apartment

Excellent base to stay, especially if you have a car and need safe parking
Good location and parking Clean, unfussy, easy to stay in. Third time staying
The two bedrooms overlook the back of the harbour bar, which is loud until 11.30/12 at night. Adults can ignore but kids may find it hard to sleep

Good base for visiting coastline of Northern Ireland
Nice location near the beach, balcony was nice, kitchen was convenient. Good location for visiting nearby tourist attractions such as the Giant’s Causeway and Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge.
Hot water didn’t last in the shower, for 4 people. Noisy location with live band music playing until after 11pm. Some stains on couch.
