    Disappointing

    We opted for this particular appartment amongst others which were available because it was advertised as a ' seafront " location. It was clearly not that. Views front and back overlooked a derelict building plus a row of housing blocking the seafront location. The appartment was clean and comfortable but could have been more welcoming with perhaps some milk/ coffee left for the morning. Overall, would not recommend.

    Ballycastle

    The sea view...lovely staff and service in the Marine Hotel. Good parking. It was quiet and near to the town centre and the beach

    Unfortunately we did not find the apartment cosy....very little condiments apart from satchets left over from previous visitors. No glasses for wine...I had to wash the tray in the oven...cutlery and crockery also needed a wash...A dishwasher would have been good. It boasts having a view of the hills...there was a view but it was at the side. Our main view was of a dilapidated building. The town of Ballycastle was drab..not many shops...some buildings in a state of disrepair.

    Quite expensive for a very basic property.

    Great location, awful view, mostly concrete

    Very basic inside, coffee machine with no coffee.

    Clean, comfortable, convenient.

    Directions: please consider telling guests to go through the blue arch on the right of the Marine Hotel in North Street & enter the code at the gates to Marine Apartments. The directions given via Booking.com are misleading & caused us to ask for help in several places, including the tourist office, before a neighbour led us to Marine Apartments. As this location is not included in the existing directions, we would not have considered this to be correct. At the end of a long journey, it is very stressful to have to go to such lengths to find the accommodation.
