    The heated towel rack

    This felt more like an airbnb how check in was. Very limited interaction with hotel staff. It was easy enough to get through all the steps thanks to the step by step guide to get in. However for the price paid was extremely disappointed as we arrived just before 3pm. The pillows were horrible. They felt like concrete and actually hurt my head giving both my partner and I. I had to take the pillows out of the case and fill the case up with clothes. I had thrown the pillow off the bed, not hard but it hit my partner and left an actual bruise. The bed also only had a sheet no donna?! The mattress was not very comfortable but that was due to a personal preference. It’s a harder bed so if you like that then that’s a bed for you. The bathroom flooded everytime we used it. Even with low pressure and short showers it would overflow into the bathroom. Overall I slept better on my flight from Aus to here. And I only got 1-2 hrs of sleep on the flight. So take from that as you will For the price we paid we are extremely disappointed. The room was a decent size, but wifi did not work well. If you have to do work or uni/college work definitely don’t book here if you expect well functioning wifi.

    We would definitely stay there again if ever revisiting Rome.

    Our stay in Rome was short and sweet. A great hotel, close to everything, with large windows opening up over a main street with a lot of action. 20-30min walk to the Coliseum, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon.
