    The studio apartment was very impressive in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Everything looked quite new, well maintained and nicely organised, with a good use of the space. The location is excellent — Ciudad Cayalá is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shops and even a Smart Fit nearby. In my opinion, it’s one of the best areas to stay in Guatemala City. The apartment doesn’t have AC, but there is a ceiling fan above the bed, which helped.

    My main issue was with some differences between the Booking description and what I actually received. The property has two buildings, but the address provided on Booking didn’t correspond exactly to either one. It was only about a three-minute walk, but with two large suitcases and a backpack on cobblestone streets, it was a little inconvenient. The listing also mentioned a queen-size bed and a balcony, while my studio had a double bed and no actual balcony. I decided to keep the apartment assigned to me because I was only staying for a couple of days and was quite tired, and the studio itself was very nice. However, I think the information on the booking page should be updated or made clearer so guests know exactly which unit and amenities they are booking.
