Not clean, its in the basement, not worth the price !!!!

Owner was accommodating with the check-in & check-out time internet was working Parking was close to the building

    - The kitchen was dirty - The bed was dirty - The bathroom was dirty - We found bugs in the freezer - The fridge was off, and once we plugged it in, it took the whole day to get cool, so we couldn't put any food inside - The heating was high, and we were unable to shut it down - The toilet was making a crazy sound every time we flushed. I can't add the video but it was VERY LOUD !!!! - The ad mentions that the apartment is on the second floor, but it's actually in the basement, the windows connect to the common yard, and everyone can see inside since the shutters don't work! - The whole apartment smelled like smoke from cigarettes - The owner asked for cash payment without informing us beforehand - Not worth the price !!!!
