    Great Location and easy to walk to CBD. Owner keeps the property very clean and fancy. There is a wide variety of kitchen supplies and seasonings, making it ideal for cooking at home.

    The entrance of parking garage is a little bit narrow，may be not suitable for big vehicle.

    Excellent accommodation. Very well stocked with pantry essentials. Two extremely comfortable king beds. It was a great place to relax at the end of a long day. Supermarket close by and easy walk to restaurants and city. The park nearby was beautiful and a brilliant cafe/bakery opposite with excellent coffeee.,

    The garage was indeed tight but completely doable with patience. It was made less accessible by cars parking in NO PARKING area needed to access the garage. In any case not enough to stop us booking again if in Launceston!

    Ideal place if you're looking for something that's very comfortable at a very affordable price

    My wife and I travelled with her brother so the room downstairs was ideal

    Getting into the place was a bit of a chore at first but was ok in the end
