  The location was excellent, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Crown. The penthouse also has an amazing view which we really enjoyed. We liked that it has three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an ensuite and another separate bathroom. The open kitchen with the island and living area were spacious and comfortable, and it was very convenient that the property also came with a parking space for our vehicle.

  The entrance toilet was clogged during our stay, which meant everyone had to use the ensuite bathroom instead. As there were six females staying at the property, this caused quite an inconvenience. We initially tried to fix the issue ourselves, but when we contacted the property manager, we were advised that they couldn’t get someone out until the following day. The bedroom with the two single beds (which we assumed is the kids’ bedroom) also had an issue with the air conditioning. Although there were vents visible in the room, no air was coming through them, so the room became quite stuffy and we had to leave the door open. When we reported this, the host/property manager seemed unsure about the issue we were describing. Overall, the air conditioning did not seem to cool the entire property effectively, even though it was only around a 25-degree day during our stay. We also felt that the property had not been cleaned properly prior to our arrival. There were quite a lot of bugs visible in the property, likely due to a window being left open. Additionally, when we moved the couch and lifted the carpet, we noticed a significant amount of dust and dirt that appeared to have been swept underneath it. As a result, we ended up having to clean and vacuum parts of the property ourselves.

  Great time spent in Melbourne with spectacular views.

  The location - Southbank and Flinders Street Station within an easy walk. If you like walking easy access to the CBD and sporting precinct View of city and bay spectacular, given the clear weather we could see quite a distance.

  Single bed mattresses were a bit hard for us, but others may appreciate. Would have liked an extra pillow on some of the beds.

  We enjoyed our stay with the beautiful views, spacious bathrooms and convenient location. New mattresses would be great

  Views, location, bathrooms and laundry were fantastic. The owner allowed us to check in earlier and leave our luggage there after checkout time which we greatly appreciated.

  Beds, pillows and sofa weren’t very comfortable. No tea or coffee supplied. Hot and glary afternoon sun with no blinds to pull down, though the aircon worked well.

  Amazing view and great host!

  The apartment is amazing and the host was great to communicate with! The view is just breathtaking!

  Only 1 little down side and that is the small squeaky bed in main bedroom
