    Short stay in Christchurch

A modern spacious house in an excellent location just steps away from the botanical gardens and 20 mins walk to the city. Good size rooms. Immaculately clean and well equipped. House had own parking space but this was tight for larger vehicles. Free parking is available directly outside on the street so all was good.

Sofa bed in lounge was broken so we were required to use a blow up bed. We did not know this in advance. This caused an issue when our daughter arrived separately after two very long flights from UK. Owner was helpful when we raised a query but it would have been better to have had a functioning sofa bed. Despite this small issue we would highly recommend this property.

Overall very good would definitely stay again

Have never used a door code before so was a bit confused as to we're the key pad was. Also I could not get the TV to work I think the battery was flat on the remote

    The apartment was nice

The pull out bed was broken and was told to use a blow up bed. Considering we booked for 5, a blow up bed is not good. I reported it after the first night and would have thought a better solution would have been appropriate.
